Malaysian driver arrested with 700+ cartons of duty-unpaid cigarettes at Singapore border
Singapore authorities apprehended a 30-year-old Malaysian at the Woodlands Checkpoint following the discovery of more than 700 cartons of duty-unpaid cigarettes hidden within his vehicle during a routine inspection.
