Thailand declares disaster zone in Nan as northern flooding escalates
Thailand has declared Nan province a disaster zone following heavy rains and flash flooding that have cut off roads and forced evacuations across the north. Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul has ordered all agencies to coordinate relief efforts.
