Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil Conferred Datuk Seri Title in Penang State Honours
Communications Minister Datuk Fahmi Fadzil has been named the sole recipient of Penang's highest state honour, the Darjah Panglima Pangkuan Negeri, which confers the Datuk Seri title. He leads 1,221 recipients across various honours and awards.
