Two foreigners arrested for stealing high-end perfumes at Singapore's Changi Airport
Police have arrested an Australian man and an American man for allegedly stealing perfumes from retail outlets in Changi Airport's transit areas. One suspect was apprehended eight months after the theft during a subsequent transit through Singapore.
