Russia Expands Energy and Strategic Ties with Myanmar Through Major Development Partnerships
Russia has expressed readiness to partner with Myanmar on major energy projects including offshore oil and gas exploration, LNG exports, and nuclear power development, with twelve memorandums signed during President U Min Aung Hlaing's visit to Moscow.
