Japanese Man Arrested for Confining Five-Year-Old in Garbage Can
Japanese police arrested a 35-year-old man from Matsusaka, Mie Prefecture, for confining his partner's five-year-old daughter inside a garbage can for approximately five minutes. The suspect has admitted to the charges and called the act a form of discipline.
