Government Rolls Out MediAsas Plan to Expand Healthcare Access for M40 Group
Malaysia's Health Ministry is launching MediAsas, an affordable medical insurance and takaful plan targeting the M40 middle-income group. The pilot begins in Klang Valley this month, expanding nationwide from January 2027.
