Typhoon Maysak Batters Hainan, Shutting Down Transport and Schools
Typhoon Maysak, the year's 10th major storm, struck Hainan Province on Friday evening with winds of 23 metres per second, forcing the suspension of all train services, flights from Sanya airport, and ferry crossings to the mainland.
