Malaysia's Higher Education Minister to Pay Respects at Qatar Mourning Ceremony
Malaysia's Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir will represent the Malaysian government at the official mourning ceremony for Qatar's late Amir, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, from July 13 to 14.
