Artificial Reefs in Kelantan Waters Protect Small-Scale Fishers, Boost Fish Stocks
Kelantan has deployed 30 artificial reefs in its waters to create fish breeding grounds and deter large commercial vessels from encroaching on coastal fishing zones. The structures protect small-scale fishers' livelihoods.
