Tong Herr Shareholders Move to Take Company Private at RM2.55 Per Share
Allrich Corp and Richard Holdings, controlling nearly 75% of Tong Herr, have proposed taking the fasteners manufacturer private at RM2.55 per share, a substantial premium to recent trading prices.
