Family arrested after conning pensioner out of RM8,000 in jewellery through fake welfare scheme
Authorities have arrested a woman and her two adult children over allegations they defrauded an elderly pensioner of RM8,000 worth of jewellery by posing as welfare officials. Police recovered the stolen items from a pawnshop.
