Singapore Driver Charged with Drug-Impaired Driving After Kallang Crash Injures Two
A 36-year-old Singapore driver has been charged with multiple offences including driving under the influence of methamphetamine after a June 17 collision in Kallang left two people injured. He allegedly fled the scene before police arrival.
