Ho Chi Minh City police have arrested 65 people, including four Malaysians and four Singaporeans, for operating a drug trafficking network that mixed the anaesthetic Etomidate into e-cigarette liquid. The operation targeted both Vietnamese and foreign customers across Southeast Asia.
