Former Singapore Air Force Chief Fined S$5,000 for Hitting Woman with Stroller
A former chief of Singapore's air force has been fined S$5,000 and disqualified from driving for five years after his vehicle struck a woman pushing a stroller at a pedestrian crossing in 2024, injuring both her and a two-year-old child.
