Digital Literacy Key to Combating Online Scams and Cyberbullying in Sabah
Sabah's Youth Development Minister Datuk Nizam Abu Bakar Titingan has emphasised the critical importance of strengthening digital literacy to protect residents from escalating online threats. The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission logged 1,232 complaints related to scams and cyberbullying on the east coast during the first six months of this year.
