Lim Guan Eng Presses PM on Penang's RM2.8 Billion Funding Gap and Formula Reform
DAP national adviser Lim Guan Eng has called on Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim to settle what he describes as a RM2.8 billion funding shortfall owed to Penang and to undertake a comprehensive overhaul of the formula used to distribute federal allocations to states.
