Kelantan monitors newborn exposed to drugs in utero following positive screening
Health authorities in Kelantan are closely monitoring a newborn girl who tested positive for amphetamines and benzodiazepines during routine screening at Raja Perempuan Zainab II Hospital's neonatal unit in early August.
