Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil Conferred Datuk Seri Title at Penang Honours Ceremony
Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil has been conferred the Datuk Seri title through the DPPN award during Penang's investiture ceremony honouring the state governor's 85th birthday, becoming the sole recipient of this honour.
