Typhoon Dolphin Slams Eastern China After Disrupting Travel Across Region
Typhoon Dolphin struck eastern China on Sunday with maximum winds of 150 kph, forcing evacuations of nearly 99,000 people and cancelling more than 1,400 flights from Shanghai alone. The storm had previously affected Japan and Taiwan.
