Malaysia Expands Legal Reach Against Child Sexual Abuse Committed Overseas
Malaysia's proposed amendment to the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017 will extend criminal jurisdiction to cover child abuse committed abroad by citizens and residents, or targeting Malaysian children overseas.
