Court of Appeal Judge Steps Aside in Zaid Ibrahim Defamation Case
Justice Latifah Tahar has recused herself from hearing an appeal by former finance minister Zaid Ibrahim and Malaysian lawyers challenging a Bar Council defamation ruling. A new panel will be assigned.
