Former Finance Minister Tengku Zafrul has disclosed to the court that Jana Wibawa was discussed at a Cabinet meeting on November 13, 2020, chaired by then Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin, marking the initiative's first formal presentation to the full Cabinet.
