Truck Driver Acquitted After Four Years in Custody Awaiting Trial on Drug Trafficking Allegation
A Malaysian truck driver has been freed after spending four years on remand awaiting trial on drug trafficking charges. The court ruled the prosecution could not prove he had possession or control of narcotics discovered in a motorcycle basket.
